3. Any unsold tickets will become the property of the Mt. Storm VFC
4. Neither the Mt. Storm VFC or any other person, organization, or business sponsoring or participating in the event assumes any liability for any claims for injury or other damages arising out of the possession of any prize, and by accepting the ticket, the holder acknowledges that limitation on liability.
5. If for some reason the drawing is not held, all money will be returned to the ticket holder
6. Identification AND Social Security Number is required before prizes will be awarded
7. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days or become the property of Mt. Storm VFC
8. Not responsible for typographical errors.
9. All prizes subject to change due to availability
10. All firearm winners subject to federal background check.
11. Stoney River Outfitters will ship pistols to gun dealer of your choice if you are not a resident of WV. Out of state prize winners are responsible for any transfer fees gun dealer charges for federal background check and/or registration fees.

Today we operate out of a much newer and larger station located 1 mile east of the old Station on Route 50 |
